  The staff on the car park were helpful. Although signing the condition report before inspecting the vehicle is a worry. They do let you revise it though, not very convenient when in a hurry.

  Worst customer service. Arrived to find the lady seem beyond uninterested about being there. I knew there would be some extra fees on top of the car price but $819 for 6 days..And the fact she already took my card and charged a payment without me even seeing the car. Due to the shock of additional costs I decided not to go through and I received a receipt saying it would be back in my account within 48hours. To find the next day I have had $1184 taken out, meaning she's charged extra without telling me! Money is still not back in, have called customer service and hopefully sorted this out. Absolutely disgusting.

  Worse customer service. Extremely rude and really didn't care at all. I understand that you may hate your job but you get paid for customer service

  If you had a choice of either hiring a car from AVIS or walking,i would suggest you start walking.....Very mischievous how they bill you,no transperancy at all......Please be wary of little hidden ,extra charges and they debit your card immediately.If i could give a NO star rating,i would .I had to click on a star in order to post.

  Poor service and even though Avis sent me 2 confirmations on my reservation for a SUV, when I arrived they didn't have one available. No follow up call, no apologies, even feedback provided to the after sales went unanswered. They had to cheek to charge me for the SUV even though they only gave me a scratched saloon. Shady, unethical and despicable. Please use other car rental service providers like Europcar or Hertz.
