  What is going on!!!!!! I've been working hard at work, I change to my casual clothes to relax put on my thongs. Check my luggage in and guess what. No thongs allowed in qantas. Why?? Please explain? This happened in Port Hedland and its a new rule. Its a lounge, a place to relax. I am very dissatisfied with this. This is the second problem I have encountered with qantas, we spend a lot of money with qantas to be entitled to use the lounge, and to get knocked back and made to feel like that because I am wearing thongs is disgusting.

  Lounge is nice and relaxing, but is showing its age these days. Smaller than its domestic counterpart and fewer food options. Staff are excellent. This Qantas Lounge is due to be replaced with a more up to date venue in early 2018, while this lounge will continue to operate with other airlines managing.

  A great space to relax pre-flight, very spacious right throughout the lounge. Clean shower facilities and freshly made pizzas a highlight. Very friendly staff even at 11pm at night.
